I am bubbly, outgoing & approachable. I am extremely patient & supportive, and can find something in common with everyone. I am determined, efficient & organized. I have been working within disability / aged care for just over a year. I primarily work with children, however I have experience with older individuals also. I currently support four other clients with various disabilities, one of which being complex and non-verbal. I have experience diffusing difficult situations, and can be extremely calming when necessary. I have a current police check, ABN, blue card & yellow card. I can also provide references upon request.
