My name is Tahlia and I am a kind, caring, hardworking and respectful woman with a bubbly personality. I began working in the Disability industry 2 years ago and I am also studying my Cert IIII in Disability. I also have experience with looking after children with complex needs, ADHD, Aspergers, ADD, and Autism. I am passionate about giving each individual the care and support they need by giving a person centered approach. I aim to make a difference in clients lives, get to know them for who they are/their uniqueness and what they like/dislike is a priority. My clients always feel comfortable around me, my goal is to make their day as amazing as they are and I love seeing them happy. I’m here to support their decisions, so they can live the way they would like with as much independence where possible.
