I have 8 months of intensive experience as a disability support worker, working with 12 different clients who all have different needs and behaviours. I support them with all personal care, community access, medication, diets, food preparation, house hold cleaning, following physiotherapy/speech therapy care plans and everything in regards to individualised care and support.
