I have a high level of knowledge of health and physical disabilities in children and adolescents. My years working in education support have allowed me to assist with various health, physical, emotional and learning needs. I have assisted young people presenting with needs related to Epilepsy, Cerebral Palsy, Chronic Asthma, and Diabetes. The general health and well-being of others is of extreme importance on a day to day basis. This is taken into consideration as part of duty of care. Maintaining my current first aid and mental health first aid certification and being aware of the current policies and procedures allows me to assist with the specific needs of all people.
