I have been a support worker for 4 years now , assisting people living with disabilities and mental health issues , I have a Cert III in health , disability and age care , I have a current first aid cert , for the first 3 years of my employment I worked with people living with disabilities supporting them in there own home and to get out into the community , for the past year I facilitated a residential home for a lady living with paranoid schizophrenia , I have always worked flexible hours from days to nights and over night stays . I have moved to Australia from New Zealand , I’m not a person who discriminates and I’m committed to providing the best service to everyone .
