o Working with a range of clients and clients needs, from companionship, to hands on assistance, mental health & complex clients, adapting and changing support styles and techniques to cater to all needs required, achieving the most out of their day. o Whilst teaching them basic everyday life skills supporting them in learning how do so and finding ways to make that goal achievable as a team. Communicating calmly and adapting to all situations, directing issues at hand, problem solving whilst maintaining attention and deescalating situations. under pressure ensuring all policies and procedures are followed at all times. o Ensuring all paperwork is completed in a timely manner, notes and medication charts are up to date using micro-soft software on multiple types of technology. o Encouraging self belief to bring up confidence within, supporting them enjoying being their age and embracing it, whilst assisting with all requirements needed for support.Working a range of hours from in home care to out of home care and respite from 2 days up to 3 weeks with 24 hour around the clock, in local and new locations - Active night shifts and inactive support shifts
