I have lived experience of mental health challenges, and lived experience of caring for family members with mental health challenges. I have worked as a consumer advocate running a music group for 3 years at Manly Hospital. And now work in co-design at Sydney Children's Hospital Randwick. I am passionate about alternatives to the bio-medical model of care, self-determination/choice.
