HELLO there :) I am a warm hearted, kind and compassionate person, i love serving my community and others. I have a few years experience working in mental health, i am also holisitcally minded, and teach yoga, mindful movement and offer outdoor recreation therapies. I love connecting with others and helping them connect with themselves, nature and like minded people for a positive immersion in life.
