Originally from Canada, I’ve been here for 22 years and I am a mother of three children, Aubree (21), Marlee (19) and Kaedan (15).  I have been working in sessional kindergarten since 2009 as a teacher assistant and have obtained my certificate 3 in children services and diploma in early childhood.  I have proven experience nannying and household management and hold strong organisational and time management skills with an excellent ability to multitask between children and household duties.   As an experienced support worker I have had the pleasure of working with many families, spanning a wide range of ages and disibilities. I am patient, supportive  and can offer one on one support to children. I adapt well to all families providing consistency between parents, carers and children by assuring family routines are upheld and their family values are reinforced, enabling parents to enjoy more quality family time together.  In addition to working with children, I have completed a business and management course running a my own successful massage therapy business and managing multiple restaurants over the years.
