I have a calm relaxing voice I can be firm but friendly and I find the children feel safe and calm if your being calm friendly and firm when you need I first started special needs in 2019 and really enjoyed helping kids reach goals it could be holding a fork properly learning to crawl it’s huge reward seeing how hard they work and then the happiness when they achieve something including the parents proudness and encouragement
