I am currently working in Learning Enhancement working with 40 Year 1 students promoting their confidence in literacy skills. I have a cert 3 in individual support and education support. I worked at Belmore special school for a year doing a traineeship and worked closely with children living with disabilities ranging from intellectual to physical needs. For years I have worked in children’s homes working closely with the family and working with the child’s needs, encorporating the skills into everyday activities. I worked at Croydon SDS casually in the Early Education program working with children aged 3-5 with a disability before landing myself an ongoing position as an integration aide at my current school. I am passionate about what I do and am studying early childhood.
