I've been an educator for 20 long years now, 3 years of those have been spent as an education support staff in a special developmental school that caters to severe physical and intellectual learning disabilities. Working with children through those years makes me naturally and extensively patient, playful, fun, carefree, always smiling and cheerful. I have to manage tantrums with utmost patience and skill and I work it out with utmost understanding of the child to deliver a loving but effective care. Being energetic and physically fit is also an attribute that helps me deal with the very active nature of my current clients. I keep my working environment clean and tidy. My co workers have high regards for my work ethics because they do not even have to ask me for help as I would lend a hand straight away, the moment I see that anybody needs a helping hand. Most of all, unlike any other worker just after an income, I naturally love taking care of and teaching children beyond the monetary as it is both my vocation and my utmost passion for the past 20 years.I also believe any child can learn with a patiently guiding hand beside him/her,ensuring a safe & nurturing environment.
