I provide music therapy services and have experience in working with clients who have ASD and cerebral palsy. I usually play piano and sing with them for about 1-2 hours during our sessions. I play a variety of different music depending on their moods and overall behavior as I can usually gauge what would be appropriate for them. I attain a Certificate III in Music Performance and have completed up to Grade 3 in AMEB Piano for Leisure. I like to keep things fun and / or wind down with some drawing or painting. My sessions are very intuitive and I like to go with the flow of how the person is feeling and switch things up if necessary.
