Hi my name is Jess and I have also worked in Special Needs for 6 years and am a great problem solver (and babysitting for 10yr). I strive for the child/young adult to feel safe and comfortable whilst enjoying activities and having fun. I like to encourage autonomy in children/young adults with special needs I am free majority of the time including nights and weekends. I have both first aid and epilepsy training.
