I am a passionate and caring Support Worker having worked in the disabilities sector for 18 years. I have exceptional knowledge of working with people with varying levels of disabilities and complex needs. I have experience providing a broad range of supports including over-night care, in-home support, coordination and companion support for holidays away. I am looking for a role where I can positively contribute to people’s standards of daily living. I feel it is important to help people to reach their goals and foster a higher level of independence, community inclusion.
