I provided support to adults with developmental disabilities. The job entailed assisting my clients with shopping, meals, laundry, social activities, writing, mathematics, etc. One of my clients had cerebral palsy and I helped her document her life story. Another job was assisting adults and children who were on the autism spectrum. My role was similar to the one I just mentioned. I also have provided learning support in the classroom to students with autism and those who had learning difficulties. I have been a carer to the elderly and assisted them with coooking, shopping, cleaning, etc. My latest job was teaching pre-primary to year 2 students, a few of which were on the autism spectrum or had learning delays.
