My skills have flourished through my 7 years of experience as a teacher. Working close with a diverse range of students have given me the opportunity to learn and apply a range of strategies. These are kept in my tool kit giving me a variety of strategies to turn to when need and a variety is valuable because what may work for one individual, may be refused by another. But through patience, observation, trust and humour a positive relationship can unfold.
