My experience working with disabilities has been limited however I have so lent some time during my ski instructing and outdoor recreation learning and professional environments working with young people who are challenged by a variety of conditions and ‘limitations’. I believe effective communication, patience and attentiveness help to care for individuals and meet individual needs effectively and efficiently.
