Good afternoon, I'm Fiona. I am a mature, kind and caring lady. I have had over 20 years of work experience including having 4 children of my own, mainly in child care and working with children with varying needs and behaviors. I have also worked in Intensive Mental Health with Adults who have varying Behaviors. My passion is working with babies and young children but my last contract was working in child protection supporting an adolescent 24/7 with her day to day needs, very challenging but rewarding at the same time. I am an independent support worker and I am self employed with my own ABN, vehicle and insurances. I have a worked in diverse roles over my working life.
