Through my experience in working with high behavioural autistic individuals with special needs, I understand how important time-management, organisation and leadership skills are when caring for someone, not to mention policies and procedures and being able to effectively demonstrate these skills under pressure in a calm and rational manner. The joy it brings me when I am able to allow my clients and children to find their true sense of self, empower them and support them with life skills, is indescribable.
