I have many years working in a variety of childcare services, 0-6years, after-school care and youth programs. I have worked in an NDIS after school care program working with children who are living with a wide range of diagnosis and additional support requirements. I have also worked with adults who required mental and physical support. I am friendly, reliable, confident and adaptable. I find it easy to get along with children, youths and adults of all ages, genders and cultural backgrounds. I enjoy getting to know the individuality of a (young) person and finding out about their personal interests, likes and current capabilities this provides a platform for me to create fun learning experiences and opportunities. Enjoy a wide variety of music and soothing sounds to support cognitive development and soothing settings, and also see the natural environment as a third teacher. I have a can do attitude and like to look at the positives in life, I see challenges as opportunities for growth.
