I have been working as a disability support worker for around 3 years. I have experience with manual handling, administering medication, reading and filling out medication charts, personal care, community access, group activities, filing incident reports, general house chores, SIL house support, and individual support. I have worked with people within the ages of 2 - 70, who have had: ADHD, ASD, down syndrome, bipolar, schizophrenia, anxiety, depression, cerebral palsy, learning disabilities, alcohol fetal syndrome, Huntington's disease, people who use wheelchairs, and more. I am adaptable and willing to hear feedback, I am a good problem solver and have strong communication and listening skills. I am empathetic and have an approachable nature.
