Hello my name is Ashley. I’m 19 years old and have a brother with cerebral palsy and intellectual disability. We found out his diagnosis when he was 4 so I would’ve been 8 and have learnt all the skills to care for him. I also volunteered for novita and Cara. I’m happy to learn new skills in how to help people with what ever needs and I’m not afraid if the child might be violent.
