Previously worked as a support worker for young and mature adults with a cognitive disability and/or dual diagnosis. Experience with supporting weekly planning, going on daily outings, exercise routines, cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, attending appointments, emotional support etc. I personally enjoy both indoor (art, music, reading, movies, etc) and outdoor activities (running, swimming, surfing, soccer, etc). Happy and confident to help with housekeeping/household duties as I have experience as both a housekeeper (approx. 1 year experience) and a cook (approx. 2 years experience).
