Hi all, I am an experienced special needs worker - I was previously based at the Royal Children’s hospital as a family support worker in Melbourne and assisted families with their special needs children. I was trained in-house by nurses to provide complex medical care such as nasogastric feeding, peg feeds, oxygen management, BiPaP, manual handling, medication management etc . Previous to this position I spent a good four years in aged care and disability sector in various support roles.
