Hi there! I'm Reeya, an international student at Edith Cowan University. It's already been 2 months since I moved to Perth from Mauritius and I'm not going to lie, there hasn't been a day that went by without me missing my two adorable babies, Avalon and Saphir. Avalon is a mixed labrador and Saphir is a mixed Doberman and German shepherd. Luckily that technology exists, I get to see them via video calls with my mom from time to time. I've had dogs as pets since I was born. I still remember Shane, my childhood dog whom I would always say "bonjour" to when I first learnt how to greet people as a 4-year-old. Since we felt Shane needed a friend, we then adopted Queen, the sweetest and most obedient dog I've ever known. In 2018, we adopted Avalon and Saphir, two babies who are now 6-year-old already, with contrasting personalities while being equally sweet and loving. Each and every dog we had throughout the years became a part of our family for whom we always deeply cared for and loved with every fiber of our being.
