I’m currently a student taking a gap year in Melbourne and as someone who’s always loved being with and taking care animals, I wanted to find a job I knew I would enjoy! As the neighborhood pet sitter back home, I grew up around animals and have taken care of everything from puppies, to Guinea pigs and cats on hospice care. And, with a Great Dane mix of my own, I’m also comfortable with dogs of any size and age. Additionally, I have experience volunteering at my local animal shelter so although I hope I never have to, I am well-prepared to deal with emergency situations. My current situation also allows me to be flexible and work to help with whatever you or your pet may need. In the past, I have done both overnight pet sitting, daily house visits, or even multiple house visits a day to assist with some older pets that needed medication.
