I am a PhD candidate at Melbourne University looking to earn some extra cash as a pet sitter/walking dogs. I have experience working with owned and semi-domesticated dogs (not used to human contact), given my PhD is on veterinary science. I also own a cat and have also cat sit a couple of cats in the past (>4 years old). Also, I did horse jumping for 4 years which gave me experience on handling horses and farm animals and did my working experience at farm where i also handled guinea pigs and birds. I am originally from Mexico but also an Aussie citizen :) and i am quite tall and exercise regularly, in case your pet friend is big. I'm at the final stage of my PhD and I am 29 years old, so no messing around and reliable.
