In Chile, I worked as a veterinary assistant in a clinic, where I also handled reception duties, sold medications, and pet food. Occasionally, I did petsitting, staying at pet owners’ homes to take care of their animals. Since moving to Australia, I have completed over 12 petsittings in various parts of Melbourne. These experiences have included caring for rescue animals, such as a greyhound who required daily wound care for its ear and a cat with epilepsy who needed medication administration. I’ve also looked after a rescued dog, helping him improve his socialization skills with other dogs at the park. These experiences have strengthened my skills in animal care, patience, and adapting to the unique needs of every pet.
