I'm a 30 year old female Canadian citizen currently living in Australia. I have been surrounded by animals my whole life. When I was young, my family and I raised many strays and many had to be bottle fed. We kept them all (2 dogs and 6 cats at the time) and thus began my love for animals. I have more than one year experience volunteering as a medical care assistant in animal shelters. I mainly cared for kittens and cats while aiding the felines by feeding them and giving them their needed medication. I have fostered dogs while I was in University. Some of these dogs were not trained thus I had to make time to train them while walking, feeding and most importantly taking care of them. I also have farming experience in calf rearing. My tasks were to feed the calves, clean their environment and give medication to the calves that needed them.
