I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology so you know I love animals enough to study them for 3+ years :) To prove that love even more, I have experience looking after a farm housing sheep, chickens, cats, and a dog, volunteering at my local animal shelter and children's horse camp, as well as working in several animal hospitals caring for dogs, cats, pigs, birds, and other wildlife. Pets I've had in the past include fish, turtle, snake, hamster, birds, cats, and dogs. As a recent grad I don't quite have the funds for a pet of my own and that doubles as the main reason I'm keen to help take care of yours! I am a firm believer that pets are part of the family and deserve tons of love and respect. It's also not hard to argue that even a small amount of time spent playing with a dog can boost both your mood and well-being as well as theirs. I can offer services from a quick visit for food and potty breaks, to walks and exercise (I enjoy being active and taking advantage of the beautiful weather), or full-package overnight homestays. Right now I have a pretty flexible schedule and am close to public transportation so anywhere in the Brisbane city area is accessible for me.
