I love animals and I used to run a home away from home holiday stay/doggy day care a few years ago when I lived in the ACT. (Take The Lead-Pet Care) I took care of multiple dogs at a time (both big and small) from my home. running this business was one of the happiest times of my life and i've missed taking care of all the beautiful fur babies since coming to the gold coast and really want to get back into working with and caring for them. I would run play groups and create fun games tailored to each dog. their feeding schedules and dietary requirements were always adhered to, walks everyday tailored for each dog, along with group walks. some of the fur babies I cared for had health and or anxiety issues which I was always happy to work with, whether they required medication, water exercise instead of long walks (bad/old joints) could only have certain foods. or taking their own time in meeting new people or other dogs. each fur baby is unique and I would always do my best to tailor to there needs. as I'm currently living in a smaller place I can no longer do at my home stays. however I would love to get re started with dog walks and drop in's / feedings and overnight stays.
