Back home in the Philippines, a lover of dogs and cats. An advocate of the animal welfare act, and an implementor of the law during my younger years as police chief in towns. To date, I own 3 dogs and 5 cats leaving with us. I am here on study and enrolled at ANU under the Australian Awards Scholarship until December 31, 2023.
