In my current job I employ good time-management skills to quickly and efficiently clean guest rooms to hotel standards. I know the appropriate use of cleaning chemicals. I am able to spot maintenance needs and to promptly and courteously address and report guest complaints and issues with rooms and services. I have great verbal and written communication skills which allow me to clearly articulate concerns and to write good checklists and reports. With a clear understanding of the need to maintain confidentiality and security of all guests I work with a high-level of integrity and honesty as I complete my duties. You need a speed work with great attention to detail and excellent skills. My education and training make me an ideal candidate for this position. Finally my good interpersonal skills allow me to work well with coworkers on the Room Attendant team.
