This girl came to my house and came across as a very good worker. I offered her a good rate and to work for me as a support worker and she accepted.
The following day she gave me the monthly excuses for not showing up for a very important appointment.
This behaviour is affecting disabled people greatly and cannot be tolerated. It will not be tolerated.
