I am looking for work in the Care Industry where I can still deliver exceptional customer service and give back to the client by assisting with any home duties, cleaning, shopping, home help, etc. With over 20 years in a variety of Customer Service, roles I have a proven ability to adhere to the safeguard of customer confidentiality and integrity and always operating within company guidelines. My Mother and Aunt have worked for many years in the care industry providing care, support and home help/assistance to many customers. This includes shopping, cleaning, cooking and driving clients to and from appointments. I am now willing and ready to take on this new area of work for the next phase of my life as I have no obligations at home in regards to children etc. and therefore can commit to being available around the clock 7 days per week.
