I am an international student at Strategix Training Group under Certificate III Individual Support and Diploma in Community Services. I am a Nurse by profession in my hometown Philippines since year of 2014 and landed on different work experiences at the hospital and community setting. I have also worked in the customer service industry. I have a strong ability to resolve customer issues. I am also a very patient person, which is a valuable trait in customer service.
