Jim is a well presented and articulate fit young man who is a student and is currently residing in Sydney before moving back to the Blue Mts to live with his GF. He has a steady work ethic. On a first occasion at my home he arrived on time and was able to help with a variety of garden tasks and also helped re-install a large sunsail working for 9 hours.
