My name is Hieke, I'm 20 years old and I'm from the Netherlands. I left my country a few years ago to Canada and moved to Brisbane after got my culinary degree. I am currently employed as a chef and events supervisor (Both workplaces have morning shifts) and am loving that so far. However, since I did grow up in a bigger and chaotic household with always some tasks available, I'm missing that a bit now that I'm living in a different country by myself. I love turning my brain on and getting down to work, clean and organize. I don't have any professional experience but can assure you that I have seen it all ;).
