Hi I am a very experienced rental house cleaner . The price I have offered is to clean for approximately 3 hours and linen charge . As you are in Venus Bay I usual take the linen home wash,dry and iron then replace next clean . I also supply small soap , shampoo , conditioner (one use ) for guest along with before and after photos of the clean to help you write the appropriate feedback for guests.
