We initially had a good experience with Christie, but then after cancelling her first appointment and prior to presenting for the first clean I receive a group email telling her clients that she has raised her fees by 25%. That felt gross, coming out of nowhere and without any basis, so we cancelled her service. If this had been done after she had at least cleaned the house once, and preceded by some verbal notification it may have been different. As it was, bleuch.
