I’m Zoe! A fitness loving, driven girl. Currently, a personal trainer who enjoys helping people reach goals and seek their full potential. I love to motivate and teach others new skills I am a patient, well planned, organised individual. I enjoy keeping kids stimulated, teaching and watching them grow, as well as loving/nurturing them. A few of my hobbies include; running, biking, going for long walks, weight training. I also love to bake sweet treats for my friends and family when I can! 

I have previously nannied (both live In & live out) and am passionate about nurturing, caring and teaching children! During my live in experience, I nannied 24/5. The children aged 6 & 12. The 6 year old (SEN) is a beautiful disabled boy, he is the only one in New Zealand with his condition! This was a challenging, yet so rewarding journey and I would do it all again. I have also coached young children (and adults) in sports, both team sports and individual. I also was academically tutoring students when I could as well. Teaching is definitely in my nature! I find it so rewarding and love helping others reach their full potential.
