I am a young hospitality manager who has also been a nanny/ babysitter for many of my regular customers from the cafe (located in Prahran) over the past 5 years. I have one regular family that I have been with for the past 4 years - the youngest of the three children being only 6 months when I started. I have watched them grow over the years and like all the other children I’ve minded, I am confident with picking up from childcare (I do not drive), afternoon activities, dinner, bath time, bedtime routines and cleaning up. By trade I am a qualified chef, so I’ve always been encouraging when it comes to meal time to try new things but have also succeeded in understanding young ones particular tastes and needs.
