Hi, my name is Zari, I have been working as a babysitter since I was 12 years old, and childcare for over a year now. I am looking to start some long term nanny work. I am very naturally nurturing and good with children, and I have a good understanding of children's development. I think structure and routine are important for young children, and structured, intentional play with an adult is often fun.
