Hi, .I finished my study in Master of Early Childhood Teaching at the University of Melbourne in 2019. It was a wonderful journey to build an understanding of how children learn and grow. I believe that young children learn about themselves, each other, and the world they live in through play and positive relationships. I am a passionate and qualified teacher with a strong play-based and inquiry-based learning philosophy. I am experienced in multicultural, multi-age groups and adept in developing warm and supportive environments. I have more than 10 years of babysitting experience with various families and I have worked in EC settings and after-school care as an educator/teacher for 6 years( references available). I like to engage with children as a learning facilitator while allowing them to undertake problem-solving and research with a curious mind. I am dedicated to implementing joyful activities that integrate children’s interests, skills, and abilities. I consider myself a sensible teacher who is flexible in adapting teaching strategies/learning experiences to meet children’s needs. On my days off, I love to go hiking & camping, cook, ride, go to music festivals & events with friends, practice yoga and travel.
