I have a strong foundation in child care, shaped by my experience caring for younger siblings, which has honed my patience, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Currently, as a Special School Officer (SSO), I support children with diverse needs, gaining valuable insights into the challenges they face and developing tailored strategies to enhance their learning and social interactions. My work with children with disabilities has deepened my empathy and understanding of individual differences, while my previous babysitting roles have equipped me with essential skills in creating safe, engaging environments and managing routines effectively.
