Hi ! I’m Yaël, 26 years French woman living in Australia since 2022. With a strong background in childcare, including experience as a nanny, out-of-school carer, animator for junior and Au Pair, I’m looking to re-engage in child care support before pursuing my studies as an SEN teacher. I’ve been babysitting and nannying with various families in France for +10 years, providing childcare with new born babies and children. Transport to and from activities, preparing and giving meals, bathing, help with homework and some house work. As an out school carer for 2 years I’ve worked with children from 8 to 13 years. And organizing creative and engaging activities. I’ve curated and animated creative workshops for juniors for more than 5 years as well in an elementary school around Cinema, painting, dance, music and theater. Later on I spent fews months living with host families as an Au Pair in Mexico. My approach with children is based on compassionate understanding, empathy and communication. I’m more a playful teacher and like to use creativity in all kind to enhance expression and development. I’m a native French speaker, fluent in English and intermediate in Spanish.
