I've been babysitting for almost 10 years now. Founded and managed a daycare opened on Sundays at my hometown, provided special after school assistance to kids(7 to 14 years old) by helping them to prepare for an exam or homework, coordinator for 2 years to a group of teenagers, babysitted babies, toddlers and kids for short and long terms. Actually designing and launching my own line of wooden sustainable toys that aim to be interactive and joyful for kids. Also volunteered for different social activities aiding people with lower resources.
