I have been a swim teacher for 2 years and in that short amount of time I built strong relationships with the children and their parents at KINGSWIM, gaining their trust through my teaching and communication style to connect with their children. This was confirmed on many occasions as parents requested their children to be specifically placed into my classes. I took great pride in my ability to bring out the best in the children I was teaching and help them build the confidence they need in the water especially those who were extremely afraid.While working at King Swim I was asked to babysit by a family of a child I taught. After a short period of time i was then asked to pick up up the 3 children from school, take to swimming, take home, cook dinner, help with homework and put to bed. I gained a very strong friendship with this family that when I left the swim school I remained as there babysitter. I have also looked after my close family friends children when the parents have had to travel. this included morning routines, getting ready for school, packing lunches, school drop off, cleaning and cooking, helping with homework, and night time routines.
