I have previous nanny and nursing experience, both in Australia and overseas, and I have successfully raised two wonderful young adults as a sole parent. I have had my own catering business for many years and have worked as the Catering manager at my local Hospice. I am therefore very experienced with cooking for all manner of dietary requirements and food intolerances. I enjoy art and craft work very much ,and love to engage children in these activities, as well as teaching them cooking skills that are age appropriate. My own children were Montessori educated in primary school, and I am very open to alternative learning methods.
